The You Da One singer had been holidaying in Saint Tropez with a group of friends until recently when she made a move to Cannes.
Reports claim that Brown made a spur of the moment decision to head to the French Riviera to be close to his Rihanna despite the fact he is in a relationship with Karrueche Tran.

The meeting apparently happened aboard the grand vessel Serene which Brown is renting.
The 24-year-old Bajan beauty is said to have spent a lot of time getting ready for their secret meeting as it is rumored they still have feelings for each other.
The source added: ‘She was really happy when he arrived. She spent all evening getting ready to see him. They waited till night so no one saw them.’
Having enjoyed all that Saint Tropez had to offer, last night Rihanna let her Twitter followers where her next heading was.
She tweeted: ‘Hello Cannes!!!’
And yesterday, shortly after Brown touched down, the Rude Boy singer tweeted: ‘Touch down baby, help me pick out my fit’.

Chris then jumped on a helicopter with rapper Ludacris and headed to Cannes to shoot a music video and it would appear that Tran wasn’t invited along for the ride.
However a representative for the Till I Die singer has shut down claims that he met up with Rihanna.
Speaking to HollyScoop.com his spokesperson said: ‘CB is in France to shoot a music video for Swizz Beatz album and Ludacris is in it. It’s Swizz’s song. Karrueche is there with him…They never broke up.’
The spokesperson went on to say: ‘He is not on her (Rihanna’s) yacht. There is no Rihanna connection.’
The video that Chris is shooting alongside Ludacris and Swizz Beatz, who is married to Alicia Keys, is being shot by Taj Stansberry.
And it seems as though everybody is friends with everybody in Cannes as both Brown and Swizz spent some time with basketball legend Magic Johnson who made his friendship with Rihanna known to the world after spending a day on her yacht last week.
Yesterday Keys’ husband uploaded a picture of himself, Brown and Johnson, the caption on the picture read: ‘On set making magic in Cannes!!!!!’
Whereas Brown tweeted: ‘Magic happening!!!’
