The ministry of energy has commissioned the 132KV Olwiyo power substation in Nwoyo district which is one of the interconnections of the 600MW Karuma hydro power project.
The Minister of energy and mineral Development Ruth Nankabirwa urged the business community to leverage on this development to spur economic and industrial transformation of the West Nile region.
