Members of the public want president Museveni to make a political statement on whether he forgave the cabinet ministers who were censored by parliament and those who diverted relief items meant for the people of karamoja as he speaks to the nation during his address on Thursday.
The speaker Kampala City Traders Association KACITA Issa Ssekitto says the president also needs to pronounce himself on the issue of homosexuality because there are allegations that he is going to be threatened.
